Who Get's Picked First Tonight?

If you are the Boston Bruins Zdeno Chara, who is he going to pick first? Will it be Tim Thomas?   Is team loyalty going to win out over choosing someone that can score? Not sure how you take a Goalie first in a game that lacks defense as much as this game will.

If you are Daniel Alfredson, who will he be choosing first?      Will he choose scoring talent or will he choose to go the route of a goalie?     This should be simple.    You get a high scoring center that can not only score, but can generate goals with assists and plays hard on both sides of the ice.      Wonder who I am thinking of….

It has to be Evgeni Malkin.     Malkin is Leading the League in Scoring, top 5 in goals and and second in shots.      Second only to his own team mate, James Neal.    He has been the best player in Hockey for over a Month and he looks like he is just getting better and better.

He also has the benefit of his team getting healthier and healthier.     Letang coming back has been huge lift and Bylsma fully expects to have Jordan Staal back before the end of February.    More than likely, we will see him by the 3rd week which will allow the Pens to sport 2 solid lines instead of one mega line, and 2 or 3 average lines.      Staal gives this team 2 great Centers, not to  mention Staal is the best penalty Killer in the league.

I guess the real question is this, Who will be picked last?     We will soon see!
