Sidney Is Ready To Start Recovery

The Penguins released a statement today that Sidney Crosby had a Neck/Vertebrae injury along with a concussion and the Neck problem has officially healed.

We have been writing all week that He has been on the ice in the areas where he has been visiting The Doctors, well he is officially ready to step back on the ice and practice.    No hitting yet, but he can at least skate with his team now .      This is a huge sigh of relief  for not only him, but also the rest of his team along with the fans.     I would like to agree with Mike Jones on the NHL Network on something that he had stated during the skills Contest Intermission.    And that is, the NHL has to do something with the Injury Status’s in Hockey.    The fans deserve it and the league deserves to know the approximate injury, maybe not the severity.       Crosby’s injury was listed as an upper body injury.     Way to vague, and because the NHL relies more on gate revenue then most other Major Sports, they owe it to the fans to at give better injury updates.
