The Pittsburgh Penguins finished up the Draft on Day 2 by addressing some needs and depth within their farm system.       It looks as if they are not going to bring back Goalie Brad Theissen so, that being the case, they went out and drafted 2 more goalies among other positions to create some depth. After a very successful day one with the Pens getting Olli Maatta and Derrick Pouliot, they were able to follow that up by grabbing a few Centers, 2 Goalies, Right Winger, and another Defenseman.      The Pens were able to get an additional 3rd round pick by Trading Zybanek Michalek to the Phoenix Coyotes for Harrison Ruopp and Marc Cheverie along with a 3rd round pick.     Another deal that GM really wanted to make so they could free up some much needed cap space to not only Pay Sidney Crosby, but also Evgeni Malkin.     Not to mention, the Pens plan on taking a run at acquiring Free Agent Zach Parise who is close to Sidney Crosby as they played together in Juniors.

That said, here is a list of the Players the Pens were able to draft this year from Round 2-6.
