Tyler Kennedy In For Game 4; Vitale Out

While it has yet to be confirmed — forward Tyler Kennedy looks as though he’ll get the nod over forward Joe Vitale in Game 4 Friday for Pittsburgh.

According to the Sam Kasan of the Pens official team website, Kennedy skated alongside Craig Adams and Brenden Morrow on the fourth line during Pittsburgh’s morning practice Friday.

Although we’ve seen instances where we shouldn’t trust anything until the lineup is officially penciled in, Kennedy has been one of the Pens best scorers this postseason — so trust that he’s going to play tonight.

Number-48 has not played since Game 1 this series.

In eight playoff games thus far, Kennedy has racked up 5 points (2G, 3A) and skated to a plus-6.

Pens versus Bruins — Game 4 — tonight in Boston at 8 p.m.
