Pens' Announce Saturday's Lineup Against Columbus

The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced their starting lineup for Saturday’s matchup against the Columbus Blue Jackets, set to be played at the CONSOL Energy Center – according to the team’s website.

The lines haven’t been officially announced, but it’ll be interesting to see how forward Jussi Jokinen performs.  With Beau Bennett out of the lineup, and Evgeni Malkin along with James Neal in, it’ll most likely mean Jokinen will get his shot at playing with those two.

Other players to watch will be forward Chuck Kobasew and defenseman Olli Maatta — both of which are pushing for a roster spot.

Here’s the full lineup for Saturday’s contest:

Forwards

  • Craig Adams, RW
  • Chris Conner, RW
  • Matt D’Agostini, RW
  • Pascal Dupuis, RW
  • Tanner Glass, LW
  • Dustin Jeffrey, LW
  • Jussi Jokinen, LW
  • Chuck Kobasew, RW
  • Evgeni Malkin, C
  • James Neal, LW
  • Zach Sill, C
  • Brandon Sutter, C
  • Harry Zolnierczyk, LW

Defensemen

  • Robert Bortuzzo
  • Kris Letang
  • Olli Maatta
  • Paul Martin
  • Brooks Orpik
  • Rob Scuderi

Goaltenders

  • Marc-Andre Fleury
  • Jeff Zatkoff

It’ll be intriguing to see where Pascal Dupuis will line up, considering his usual linemates are captain Sidney Crosby and winger Chris Kunitz.

The game will start at 4 p.m., and can be seen on the ROOT network.
