Pittsburgh Penguins’ injured defenseman Kris Letang and forward Matt D’Agostini both practiced in full Friday, according to the teams’ twitter handle.
Each have skated in recent days, but it wasn’t until today that they both were able to participate entirely with the team.
Letang and D’Agostini each have been on injured reserve since the start of the season with lower-body ailments.
Although they were present during practice Friday, there’s still no word on when they’ll return to game action. Despite the peculiarity as to when they’ll debut, both look to be on track to potentially play in one of Pittsburgh’s contests next week.
Letang will look to continue off his stellar 2012-13 season where he was a finalist for the Norris trophy (best defenseman) and D’Agostini will be looking to impress in his first-ever game as a Penguin’.
Other notes to pass along — forwards Beau Bennett and James Neal did not practice Friday, and there’s no timetable for their return.
