Pittsburgh Penguins’ injured forward Brian Gibbons reportedly skated on the top-line during Monday’s practice, and will return for tonight’s game against the Buffalo Sabres – according to head coach Dan Bylsma and the team’s Twitter handle.

Gibbons has missed the last five games due to a lower-body injury he suffered on Jan. 7, and will look to provide an immediate offensive boost tonight.

In 13 contests this season, Gibbons has collected six points (2G, 4A) and skated to a plus-2 rating. Before going down with an injury, he had four points (1G, 3A) in his previous five games.
