As expected, the Pittsburgh Penguins have extended qualifying offers to all their restricted free agents.
According to Josh Yohe of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Pittsburgh has reportedly given defensemen Simon Despres and Philip Samuelsson, and forwards Bobby Farnham, Jayson Megna, Nick Spaling, and Brandon Sutter a qualifying offer.
More free agent info coming later today. Can tell you that Penguins have given Sutter, Despes and Spaling – all RFAs -qualifying offers.

Out of the bunch, Sutter is probably the only lock to receive a new contract, barring any trade involvement.
Free agency begins Tuesday, at 12:00 p.m. ET.
