Scott Engstrom, Staff Writer

I am a young attorney who enjoys sports in his spare time. I grew up 30 miles from Lambeau Field in Appleton, Wisconsin, which hosts the NFL teams that (dare to) visit our beloved Green Bay Packers. I was a Packer fan from birth and as of 2012 I am a shareholder. I grew up playing various sports, including hockey and lacrosse. I became a Penguins fan at hockey camp when a friend of mine showed up wearing a Penguins snow cap and I thought it looked cool. Luckily I grew up during the era of Jaromir Jagr and Mario Lemieux, so I was able to develop a more sophisticated appreciation for the franchise. I attended the University of Minnesota where I graduated with my B.A. in Political Science in the spring of 2010. The next fall I matriculated at Penn State Law, and graduated in the spring of 2013. Since graduating I have been admitted to the Maryland Bar and been working as a judicial law clerk. For anyone wondering about my collegiate allegiances, I support Gopher hockey and basketball, and Penn State football. When I am not working or writing for the blog I enjoy playing men's league hockey, reading, and staying in touch with friends and family scattered across the country.

Tim Redinger, Editorial Director, FanSided NHL

Founding Editor of SabreNoise and Editorial Director of FanSided NHL. Also editor of 1428 Elm - so my fandom crosses hockey and horror, or the horror of being a Sabres fans sometimes crosses into my love of movies. I am kidding of course. I love hockey, I love horror, and I love to write, so I do both. When it comes to hockey, I'm a wear white at home, blank sweater wearing fan, non laces type guy. I can't see spending money on a sweater with a guys name on it when he might not be around long enough to wear it out. If I am going to get a name on a sweater, its gonna be an old white home sweater, with either an 11 or a 7 on it. When it comes to horror, there are only a few things that I deem off limits, and even if it is within the boundaries of what my mind will accept, I will still likely sleep with the light on!

Will Tomer, Staff Writer

Will Tomer is currently a student at Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, where he is an editor for the school paper, The Round Table, which is the third-oldest student publication in the United States. A Pittsburgh native, Will has adored the Penguins and hockey as a whole since childhood. He also loves music (specifically groups like Wavves, FIDLAR, and The Antlers), literature, and Nicolas Cage.
