30. Arizona Coyotes

The Coyotes remain a team in shambles, both on the ice and off. With so many questions about whether or not they’ll stay in Glendale, it’s tough to imagine they can block out all of the distractions and focus on hockey.

Also, considering they spent most of the offseason re-signing recycled players that could very well end up on the trade block again in 2016, things aren’t looking up for fans in Arizona.
