25. Philadelphia Flyers

The Philadelphia Flyers were on of the worst offensive teams in the NHL last season. And, while some of that was definitely due to coaching, I’m really surprised they essentially kept the same group in place for 2015-16 with a few minor additions.

The contract extensions for Jakub Voracek and Sean Couturier were both great value, at least from what we’ve seen out of those guys up to this point. But, the overall supporting cast is still less-than-desirable in Philly.
