Crosby Surprises Season Ticket Holders

The time has come. Hockey season is finally among us, which means that Pittsburgh Penguins hockey is finally here. Addressing the ‘Three-Peat’

Not too long ago, Crosby expressed his desire and curiosity over a third consecutive Stanley Cup for the Penguins. The ‘three-peat’ talk hasn’t ended and Crosby shared some more insight on the possible feat. The captain acknowledged that this feat won’t be easily won and that the rest of the league will be extremely unwilling to let another win happen. Regardless, Crosby is confident that the Pens’ group can sufficiently put forward their top performance in an effort for another victory. Crosby is certain that he, and the rest of the team, are up for the challenge. After all, the Pens are one of the NHL’s strongest teams and they are certainly capable of another big win. [Trib Live]

A True Captain

Crosby made a surprise appearance at the Penguins’ recent rookie camp. This action speaks highly of Crosby’s character as a person, a player, and most importantly, a team captain. Crosby’s leadership is almost unparalleled and he is a true captain for his team and fans. He knows the importance of setting a good example and showing his team, current and future, everything they need to know about winning. [Pens Labyrinth]
