The Pittsburgh Penguins will face the Buffalo Sabres once again tonight in their home-and-home series.

The Pittsburgh Penguins stole a win from the Sabres last night by a dominant score of 4-0. The Penguins absolutely schooled the Sabres in every aspect of the game and we need that performance again.

Let’s take a look at the keys to the game for this rematch against the Sabres.

Sidney Crosby Needs To Stay Rolling

Sidney Crosby is on fire right now. With 11 points in his last five games, he has been one of the league’s most dominant players once again.

He got two points last night and he needs to repeat this performance again if we want to dominate the Sabres once again.

More Support Scoring

In addition to Sidney Crosby, Jake Guentzel, Patric Hornqvist and Tom Kühnhackl also scored last night. We usually expect the usual scoring from Crosby, Malkin and Kessel, but getting help from these support players is great.

We need as much offence as we can get if we want to continue winning for a while. Let’s get our offence going with everyone and really take a hold of Buffalo.

Tighter Defence

Our defence hasn’t been the best in our recent stretch, but we were lightning against the Buffalo Sabres. We shut them down all night on Friday and we need to continue that strong, consistent play tonight.

If we follow these keys, we’ll surely win.
