In any sport, when the opponents are up 3-1 in a playoff series, it seems like it's the end for a fan's favorite team. Thankfully, the Pittsburgh Penguins continue to break the Philadelphia Flyers' plans to advance to Round 2, as they dominated home ice in tonight's game.
Two days before the Penguins returned home, Captain Sidney Crosby described their first win against the Flyers as something that "gives us some life."
Before tonight’s game, Ryan Shea shared that the team is leaning on the home-ice advantage, "That was kind of our motto when we were in Philadelphia, just try to get it back to Pittsburgh and use the home crowd to our advantage. I know that the crowd is going to be crazy tonight."
Game 5 in Pittsburgh officially starts with Artūrs Šilovs guarding the net. This game will either: end Pittsburgh's hockey season or continue the Penguins' attempt for a long-shot reverse sweep.
