Pittsburgh took Edmonton by storm on January 22, with a massive win on the back end of a back to back against the Oilers.

The previous meeting between these teams came in Stuart Skinner's first game as a Penguin, where he and the team were picked apart 6-4. For the Penguins, this game was sweet revenge as they stepped into Rogers Place and utterly dominated a healthy Oilers team, 6-2.

Anthony Mantha (2) and Sidney Crosby were the factors of three goals in 37 seconds which was the three fastest amount of goals scored against a team in Penguins history since the mid 90's. It also said a record in Oilers history which those three goals were the quickest three goals let in ever in the history of their franchise.

The return of Erik Karlsson was very welcomed by the Penguins as they received their Olympian defenseman back in the lineup after a week missed due to an undisclosed ailment.

Geno has turned back the clock and isn't slowing down

Evgeni Malkin who has very much been playing like his younger self seems to be not letting up anytime soon as he picked Connor McDavid's pocket and waited out former Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry for a beautiful five hole breakaway goal and made comments about not wanting to retire.

"I never said i want to retire, It's all you, I feel great."

Silovs puts together a consistent game

It's been a while but Arturs Silovs stayed strong in between the pipes, stopping 30 of 32 shots with a .938 save percentage, backstopping the Penguins to a crucial two points against a playoff caliber team. It's his first game with a save percentage of over .900 since January 13.

Rickard Rakell remains sizzling as he tucks his ninth of the season

On the delayed penalty, Evgeni Malkin made a ridiculous pass to Rickard Rakell who made no mistake by sniping it on Tristan Jarry to extend the Penguins lead to 4-1, and gave the team a spark to score two more goals. Rakell has points in his last five and is heating up at the right time.

Egor Chinakhov continues to display wicked shot following trade from CBJ

Chinakhov continues his amazing play as he scored his fifth goal in just 12 games with this Penguins club following the trade from Columbus. Receiving a pass from Tommy Novak, he stepped in and roof it so far upstairs and so fast, no one in the crowd or Oilers players even realized it had already hit the back bar and came out. Tristan Jarry was caught looking at the replay on the jumbo-tron to watch exactly what happened. Kyle Dubas made a sneaky good addition in finding Geno's new winger.
