The time has come. With the Pittsburgh Penguins taking a 3-1 series lead over the Washington Capitals after Wednesday’s game four win, the Penguins will look to eliminate the Capitals in game five on Saturday.

The Pittsburgh Penguins played an excellent game on Wednesday on both ends of the ice. Winning by a score of 3-2, they brought it both offensively and defensively. Marc-Andre Fleury was solid in net, and the Capitals didn’t seem to have much of a solution for us.

The absences of Sidney Crosby and Conor Sheary were evident on the ice in game four, but nevertheless the Penguins were able to play a strong game and ice the victory.

Going in hot after a Wednesday’s game, the Penguins should be looking to repeat their performance with another victory and finish up this series.

Injury Updates and Lines

According to the official Pittsburgh Penguins Twitter, Sidney Crosby practiced Friday with the rest of the team despite his recent concussion diagnosis.

What great news! As Crosby eyes a return as soon as possible, here are the lines the Penguins rolled with in practice, according to Pens Inside Scoop. Expect similar lines Saturday night depending on the status of Crosby and Conor Sheary.
