The Pittsburgh Penguins were able to steal a win from the Ottawa Senators in game two of the Eastern Conference Finals on Monday night.

The Pittsburgh Penguins defeated the Senators by a close score of 1-0. A win is a win after all, and now the Penguins will look towards Wednesday night’s game three in which they can take a 2-1 series lead.

The Penguins defence was definitely there all game, but the offence was led only by Phil Kessel’s lone goal. The Penguins will be looking to improve their offence in hopes to hurry this series up and move on to another Stanley Cup Finals appearance.

Key players like Sidney Crosby, Phil Kessel, Evgeni Malkin, Jake Guentzel, and Justin Schultz will need to step up and take control of the game as soon as possible. This will be a critical game in the series as it will allow one team to take dominance moving closer to four games.
