This afternoon reports have surfaced that Sidney Crosby is going to undergo further evaluations for a potential injury he sustained against the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday night.
Per Mike Sullivan, Sidney Crosby is being evaluated for an undisclosed injury.

Sullivan was hesitant to discuss potentially playing without Crosby, wanting to see how the evaluation went.
Evgeni Malkin skated before practice. He remains status quo (week to week).
In the 3rd period, Crosby was pinched in between two Devils and was laboring coming off the ice. He went straight to the locker room but did return later in the game.

The injury remains undisclosed at this time, but it's reasonable to think that it could be arm or ribs related with the way Crosby came off the ice.
The crazy thing is that The Captain returned to the game about five game-minutes later and saw plenty of ice time in the overtime period.
Even then, though, the hesitancy of Crosby to shoot the puck in overtime seemed odd and uncharacteristic, meaning there might be something that was inhibiting him.
What seemed to be a collective sigh of relief from Penguins fans is turning into holding our breath. There is no further information at this time, but keep tabs on the website home page for updates on Crosby's injury status.
